Solving problems needs a lots of thinking, when problems appears, I usually start the process with brainstorming by investigating the current resource and imagining the possible pathways of solving the problem. After sorting out the possible solution and then I start to rule out the ones that is not achievable with the current budget or skills and test the rest hands on to find the best solutions.The most important career values to me is Balanced lifestyle, Reward/recognition and Stability/security. Family is my first preference, which I would like a reward which is able to support my family and not too interference with my time to spend with my family.To achieve my desired future I will need to work on communicate with others more often instead of trying to do the job myself and organise my time to finish work on time.
